Chapli kabab is very traditional dish. Its very famous and special dish in Peshawar. It has been copied by grand mothers on special events like, Eid-ul-fitar, Eid-ul-azha, Marriage ceremony, and many more events. Its also popular in main dish category. Chapal kabab can be used in Burger.
Chapli Kabab

Ingredients for Chapli kabab:
Mince (Beef):                                                750g
Bone marrow:                                               ¾ cup
(Boil bones in water with salt and remove bone marrow)
Crushed dry coriander:                               4 tbsp
Crushed cumin seeds:                               1 tbsp
Red crushed chili:                                        3 tbsp
Salt:                                                               1 ½ tsp
Pomegranate seeds (Dry):                         ½ cup
Green chilies (Chopped):                           1 tbsp
Onion (Chopped ):                                       2
Tomato (Chopped):                                     3 tbsp
Cornmeal:                                                     ¾ cup
Eggs:                                                             3
Spring onion:                                                2


Take a pot add mince, cumin seeds, dry coriander, red crushed chili, pomegranate seeds, onion, salt, green chilies, 1 raw egg, tomato, cornmeal, 2 eggs scrambled and spring onions. Mix well and shape them as kabab. In every kabab put one marrow and deep fry them till golden brown.
Chapli Kabab are ready to eat. Serve them with ketchup.
