Chicken Lasagna-Home Made Recipe. Here I am posting chicken lasagna recipe for all of you, its quit easy and spicy as well, try it at home and tell me how u found it.

Chicken Lasagna-Home Made Recipe


Chicken:                                                          500g
Red chili powder:                                            1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste:                                         2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:                                            ½ tsp
Lemon juice:                                                   3 tbsp
Cumin seeds:                                                 1 tsp fried and ground
Oil:                                                                  8 tbsp

Apply all above ingredients on chicken and leave for half an hour. Then cook in pan or in grill.

White sauce


Onion:                                                             1 small size
Milk:                                                                1 litter
Flour:                                                              3 tbsp
Butter:                                                             2 tbsp

Take a pan, put butter and flour, fry for 2 minutes, and then add milk along with onion (we are adding onion just to get rid of the milk’s smell, when sauce is cooked, discard) and cook until thick. Now add ½ tsp salt, mix well and take it off of the cooker.

Italian tomato sauce


Onion:                                                             2 tbsp
Garlic:                                                             1 tbsp
Oil:                                                                   3 tbsp
Tomato:                                                           10 blended
Tomato paste:                                                 3 tbsp
Green chili:                                                      8
Salt:                                                                 to taste

Take pan, put oil, onion chopped and chopped garlic, sauté, then add blended tomato and tomato paste mix well. Now add little bit of water and cook till thick sauce. Then add chopped green chilli, salt and cook another 2 minutes. And take it off of the cooker.

Ingredients for preparation:

Lasagna sheets:                                             1 packet
Cheddar cheese:                                            250g
Mozzarella cheese:                                         250g
Thinly chopped mint and fresh coriander:      as required

Now prepare lasagna for baking:

Take a baking dish and apply tomato sauce, then chicken, then chopped mint and coriander, then cheese, then lasagne sheets, then tomato sauce, then chicken, then mint and coriander, then cheese, then lasagne sheets, then white sauce, then cheese and then bake in oven for 15 to 20 min at 200°C and gas mark 6.Then serve with salad and garlic bread.

Achari Chicken is a spicy chicken with all the ingredients involved in making Achar (pickle). Usually the process of making pickle is the same in whole world with just the difference in ingredients. Chicken is marinated and spiced with mustard, fenugreek, red chillies, saunf and all other ingredients in making pickle.
I have had the opportunity of having Pakistani dishes. I had an interest in cooking at an early age (I was 15 then). It is a little different tasting chicken dish with all the flavors from the mustard and fenugreek. Give it a try and you will know the difference. 


Chicken Breast                                   1
(Cut it into medium size pieces)
Curd:                                                   1/2 Cup
Ginger garlic paste:                               2 Tablespoons
Turmeric powder:                                  1/4 Teaspoon
Coriander powder:                                 1 Teaspoon
Coriander leaves (Chopped):                   1/4 Cup
Coriander leaves:                                   2 strings for Garnish
Red chillis powder:                                1 Teaspoon
Green chillis:                                         7 cut them in long lengths
Fennel seeds(sounf):                             1/2 Teaspoon
Fenugreek Seeds(methi dana):               1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds (zeera):                            1/4 Teaspoon
Kalonji:                                                1/2 Teaspoon
Mustard Seeds(rai dana):                      1/2 Teaspoon
Salt:                                                     to taste
Oil:                                                       2 Tablespoons


Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan and add the fennel, cumin, mustard, fenugreek and kalonji seeds.
When they crackle, add the chicken and green chillies and fry it for 2 minutes.
Add the Ginger garlic paste and fry this until raw smell goes off. Add the turmeric, coriander and red chilli powders to the chicken mix.
Add Curd, 1/4 cup of coriander leaves, salt and mix it well.
Add 1/4 cup of water. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
Finally garnish it with coriander leaves. Your yammy Achari Chicken is ready.
Serve it hot with Rice or Roties.

Sheer khurma - Eid Special dish- This dish is famous to serve in every celebration like Eid-ul-fitar, Eid-ul-azha, birthday party on in family gathring.
Sheer khurma - Eid Special dish

Milk: (boiled and reduces to 1 ¼ litres):                                 2 litres
Almonds: (crushed)                                                             ½ cup
Cashew nuts, (crushed):                                                      ½ cup
Pistas, (pistachios ,chopped):                                              1 tbsp
sukhe khajur (dry dates,chhuware):                                       8
(De seeded, cut coarsely and soaked in ½ cup milk)
Sugar:                                                                                1 ½ cups
chironji, (soaked and skins removed):                                    A full hand
Nutmeg, (grated):                                                                ½
Elaichi powder (cardamom):                                                 1 tsp
ghee/oil:                                                                             ½ cup
Seviyan (vermicelli’s) :                                                         1 ½ cups

Fry Seviyan in oil untill brown.Turn off flame.
Fry the nuts except the pistachios and sukhe khajur( dry dates).
 Add sugar in heated milk. Place  the sugar aside to dissolve fully before adding the vermicelli’s. Put in the nuts and keep stirring.
Now add the cardamom powder and nutmeg. Simmer on very low heat.
Serve warm Sheer khurma - Eid Special dish . 


Gajar Ka Halwa-easy Recipe

Gajar Ka Halwa
“Gajar ka Halwa” could be every one's choise.Atleast the people i know they love to eat it any time. I am sharing here simple recipe that a child too can prepare easily. i hope you will give me feed back after trying this...

Carrots:                                                           1 kg
Milk:                                                                1 litre
Cardamom seeds:                                            1 teaspoon
Oil:                                                                  3 tablespoons
Raisins(kishmish):                                            2 tablespoons
Almonds:                                                         2 tablespoons
Pistachios:                                                       2 tablespoons
Water:                                                             3/4 cup

Sugar:                                                             450 grams

Preparation of gajjar  ka halwa :
Clean & grate carots.  Dip the raisins in water for 35 minutes. wash out  and crumb the nuts. Add water to boil, when it starts boiling put the grated carrots. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
Add the milk. Cook on a low heat for 1 hour stirring infrequently. Put sugar, mix well and cook till the sugar has dissolved and all the milk has been soak up.
Add ghee and be uptight for 2-3 minutes. Add the slightly crushed cardamoms and the raisins. Mix well.
Remove the gajjar  ka halwa from heat and put in a dish. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.

Karahi gosht could be every ones favourite dish. yesterday tried to make something simple and tasty for dinner and the results were surprising. I added a some of spoons of yogurt to it and that made it more juicy and gave smoothness to the gravy as well.

Karahi Gosht- Easy recipe
Lamb:                                                  1kg
Medium size tomatoes:                         5 to 6
Whole green chillies:                            3 to 4
Garlic ginger paste:                              1tbsp
Red chilli powder:                                 1 tsp
yogurt:                                                5 tsp
salt:                                                    to taste
Black pepper :( freshly crushed):          1 tsp
oil:                                                     2 tbsp
Ginger flaks:                                       1 tbsp


Put the meat in a karahi. Add the garlic and ginger paste. And fry on medium heat until any water dries up. Then add 3 glasses of water to meat. Mix and cover and let cook on medium heat. Until meat is tenderized.
Once the meat is tender and looks cooked, add the following ingredients: yogurt, oil, salt, black peppers, and red chilli powder. If there is still some water remaining in the pot, increase stove heat and constantly stirs and let the water dry. Then add green chillies & tomato. Lower heat and cover pot and let cook on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Once tomatoes are softened. Keep stirring until water dries up. Karahi Gosht- easy recipe is ready garnish with ginger flaks and serve.

Katlama is one of my favorite dishes. it is tredisshional snack. when i was 15 i visited kasur city where i ate Katlama and i loved that.I tried to make Katlama many times and i found this best recipe by searching many Cooking Channel recipes. i hope u will too gona love it...


Ingredients for Dough:

Flour:                                       1/2 Kg
Salt:                                         to taste
Oil:                                           4 tbsp


In a bowl add flour, oil, very little salt and add water slowly to knead and leave for 10 min.

For coating:

Red chilli powder:                    2 tbsp
Red food colour:                      ¼ tsp
Salt:                                         to taste
Tomato:                                   3 lightly boiled
Dry coriander:                          2 tbsp
Cumin seeds:                           2 tbsp

Egg:                                         1
Pomegranate seeds:                2 tbsp
Ajwain:                                     1 tbsp
Oil:                                           for deep frying


In a bowl add red chilli powder and lightly beaten egg, salt,cumin seeds (crushed) , crushed coriander, ajwain and pomegranate seeds, mix them well. Remove skin from tomatoes and blend in blender with ¼ tsp red food colour. Mix this mixture in egg mixture. Put fresh coriander before applying.


Make ball from dough and shape it like a chapati now make marks with the help of fork or knife so that oil can pass through from it
Now coat it with the tomato paste, put the non coated side in the medium heated oil wait for 3-5 minutes till one side is cooked than rolll on the other side down and let it cook for more 5-8min. You can make katlama with mince or potato.
Serve katlama with coke.

Bread and Cheese Pakoray

Cheese stuffed bread Pakoray is another interesting snack that goes well in the raining weather. it is favorite snack of my family, however, is popularly used white bread, rye bread can also be used. in pakistan bread pakoras are very famous which is filled with a potato filling, coated with batter of gram flour (besan batter) and deep fried. It is served with chutney and green chutney dry red made from onions, garlic and red pepper.

Bread slices:                                                               8
Processed cheese, grated:                                           1 cup
Spring onions with greens,(chopped):                            2
Green chilli, (chopped):                                                2
Gram flour (besan):                                                     1 1/2 cups
Carom seeds (ajwain):                                                 1/2 teaspoon
Salt:                                                                           to taste
Baking powder:                                                           1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli powder:                                                        1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder:                                                        1/4 teaspoon
Oil:                                                                            for deep-frying
Date and tamarind chutney:                                         as required
Mint chutney:                                                             as required


Take a bowl and put cheese. Add Chopped spring onion greens. Chop the spring bulb and add green chillies. Mix well and place aside. Put gram flour in a bowl. Add carom seeds,red chili powder, salt,turmeric powder , baking powder, and enough water. Allow to make a smooth batter.
Heat oil in a karahi. Also heat a pan. Lightly toast the bread slices on the non stick pan. Spread date and tamarind chutney on 4 brown toasted slices, mint , coriander chutney on the remaining

Over the slices spread the cheese mixture  with date and tamarind chutney and cover with the slices with mint and coriander chutney and press gently. Cut each sandwich into 4 triangles. Dip the triangles in the gram flour batter and slide into the oil and deep fry till golden and crisp.

Serve hot Cheese stuffed bread Pakoray* with any chutney.

(*Drain on absorbent paper)


Matar Masala Paneer Special

Matar masala Paneer is very famous and tasty dish.I use green peas very much not just because it has got a great nutritional value but for its vey taste, wonderful texture, and beautifull color. I love this dish and it is a must have at least twice a week in different forms.

Here is one of my favorite recipe using green peas and home-made paneer - the mattar masala paneer.

Matar Masala Paneer Special
paneer :                                               1 cup
Green peas (Cooked):                           2 cups
Tomato ketchup:                                  3 tablespoons
Salt:                                                    to taste
Yogurt:                                                4 tablespoons
Ginger paste:                                       1 teaspoon
Garlic paste:                                        1 teaspoon
Oil:                                                      2 table spoons
For the onion paste
Onions sliced:                                      2 medium
Cumin seeds:                                      1 ½ teaspoons
Cinnamon sticks:                                 3
Cloves:                                                3
Peppercorns:                                       3
Coriander powder:                                2 teaspoons
Turmeric powder:                                 ¼ teaspoon
oil:                                                       3 tablespoons
Fry onions and spices for a minute or two in heated oil. Grind  them into a paste.
Add the ginger and garlic paste in heated. Now add the onion paste. Put the tomato ketchup and fry for a minute. Add the salt and yogurt and let it roll out for few minutes. Now add the green peas and paneer. Garnish with garam masala and freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Serve Matar Masala Paneer Special with zeera rice or Naan.

Zinger burger
 Zinger burger-Zinger burger is one my favorite food. when ever i  invite my friends in  my home prepare zinger  burger for them. its also the favorite food of children, usually i make it with crispy chicken but it also give the best taste with fish. Try it, and tell me know how you found it...


Burgers:                                                4
Chicken breast:                                      2  (make 4 thin slices of it)
Rice flour:                                              1 cup
Corn Flour:                                            1 cup
Plane Flour:                                           ½ cup
Mustard Powder:                                    1 tspn
Black Pepper:                                        1 tspn
Salt:                                                      1 tspn
Chinese Salt:                                         ½ tspn
Chicken Powder:                                    1 tspn
Baking Powder:                                      1 tspn
Eggs:                                                    2
Mayonnaise:                                         as required
Salad leaves:                                         4
Cheddar Cheese slices:                         4 (optional)
Oil:                                                       for deep frying


Black pepper:                                       1 tspn
Salt:                                                    1 tspn
White vinegar:                                      1 tbspn


1. Cut each burger from the center horizontally and heat them for a minute in the oven or microwave.
2. For fried chicken click on the recipe of crispy chicken.
3. Now place a salad leaf on one of the side burger coat some mayonnaise and place a piece of crispy chicken on it cover it with side piece of burger.
4. Do the same for other burgers.
Serve zinger burgers with ketchup or chili garlic sauce and any of soft drink.
