Chicken Salad-Simple Recipe |
Ingredients:
Chopped Chicken (Cooked): 2-3 cups
Mayonnaise: 5 Tbsp
Red Chili (seeded and chopped): 1/2
Green olives (pitted and minced): 4-6
Celery, chopped (ajwain): 2 stalks
Red onion (chopped): 1/4 cup

Whole apple (chopped): 1/2
Salt and pepper: to taste
Plum (aalu Bukhara): 1 Tbsp
Fresh squeezed lemon juice: 2 teaspoons
Method:
i) Prepare all of the salad ingredients and combine them in a large bowl.
ii) Prepare the dressing one after one. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Plum. Adjust the ingredients until you have achieved the balance you want Taste for proper balance. The dressing should not be too sweet nor too sour. . Add salt and pepper to taste.
iii) Mix the dressing in with the salad ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste in chicken salad.
