Chinese rice is one of those jobs that come into view to be easy, but can go wrong very quickly if you don’t follow the steps gradually. Here is simple recipe that will help you make Chinese rice that are light and tasty every time.
Chinese Rice-by Huma

Boiled rice:                                          ½ kg
Spring onion:                                      250 g (green part)
Boiled eggs:                                       4
Carrot (chopped):                              1
Capsicum (chopped):                        1 cup
Cabbage (chopped):                         1 cup
Oil:                                                    ½ cup
Red crushed chilli:                            1 tsp
Chopped garlic:                                1 tbsp
Black pepper:                                   2 tsp
Salt:                                                 ½ tsp or to taste
Soya sauce:                                     4 tbsp


Heat ½ cup oil In Frying pan, put chopped garlic, fry until light pink. Now add red chilli, black pepper and salt, mix well cover and let it cook. When cook done, fry well. Then add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then add boiled rice and Soya sauce mix them all. Now add spring onion, cover and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes on steam.

Serve Chinese Rice with boiled eggs.
