I prepare Chicken Steak when I have mood to have some chicken, This is best form of chicken that we can eat it with rice, simple steak or with naan. It gives the same taste every time. Chicken steak is yummy and when i cook it I enjoy its every step. You should too try it and give me feed back. 
Chicken Steak

Ingredients:

Beef:                                                               2 pounds  
(Base round, neat of accessed fat)
Salt:                                                                 2 teaspoons
Freshly ground black pepper:                      1 teaspoon
All-purpose flour:                                           1 cup 
Eggs, beaten:                                                3 
Vegetable oil:                                                1/4 cup 
Chicken broth:                                               2 cups
Milk:                                                               1/2 cup
Fresh thyme leaves:                                     1/2 teaspoon

Method:

1.    First of all preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

2.    Cut the meat with the grain into 1/2-inch broad slices. Flavor every piece on both sides with the salt and pepper. Put the flour into a pie pot. Add the eggs in another pie pan. Scour the meat on both sides in the all purpose flour. Tenderize the meat, using a needling spoon, until every slice is 1/4-inch fat. Once tenderized, roll the meat again in the flour, now put them in egg and to end with in the flour again. Do again with all the pieces of meat. Place aside before cooking for 10 to 15 minutes.

3.    Put sufficient oil to cover the underneath of a 12-inch high from slices and fry over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to spark, put the meat in groups being careful not to full the pan. Fry each piece on both sides until golden brown, for almost 4 minutes for each side. Remove the steaks to a wire rack set in a half sheet pan and place them the oven. Repeat until all of the meat is browned.
4.    Add the left vegetable oil, or at least 1 tablspn, in the pan. Whisk in 3 tablspn flour left over from the dredging. Put the chicken broth and deglaze the pan.

5.     Cook until the gravy comes to a boil and start to thicken. Add milk and thyme and cook until the gravy make a skin the back of a spoon, almost 5 to 10 minutes. Flavor to taste, with more salt and pepper, if need.

Serve the gravy over the Chicken steaks.

Irish Stew

Irish stew Ingredients: 

Lamb or mutton chops:                                   Two and a half pounds
Potatoes(sliced):                                               eight
Turnips (Shaljam):                                             four (cut into pieces)
Onions:                                                                four small (cut into pieces)
Water:                                                                   nearly a quart

Method:

Take some chops of mutton. Place them in stew pan in vary layers of potatoes and chops. Put turnips and onions. Transfer in almost a quart of cool water. Cover stew pan tightly. Allow it to simmer smoothly till vegetables is ready to mash and the bigger part of the gravy is absorbed; then place in a dish.
Serve your Irish stew up hot.

Chicken Haleem-Easy Chicken Haleem


Chicken Haleem is a traditional Punjabi dish. It is very popular in Pakistan and Asian countries. Chicken Haleem is favorite of  every age group. specially it is prepared on almost every Tehwar (special days). There are special restaurants which offer haleem, but you no need to go   there now. Try this at home and enjoy your home made haleem  
Chicken Haleem

Ingredients for Chicken haleem:

Chicken boneless:                                                      1 kg
Wheat:                                                                            2 cup
(Whole crushed and soaked in water for 1 hour):     
Onions:                                                                         3 medium size
Yellow lentils (soaked and boiled):                         1/2 cup
Coriander powder:                                                      2 tbsp
Ginger paste:                                                               1 tsp
Garlic paste:                                                                 1 tsp
Red chili powder:                                                        2 tbsp
Turmeric powder:                                                       1 tsp
Salt:                                                                               to taste
Gram masala powder (whole spice):                    1 tsp
Black pepper powder:                                               1/2 tsp
Cardamom stick:                                                        2 inch
Bay leaves:                                                                   2
Cumin powder:                                                           1/2
Cooking oil:                                                                 1 cup
Fresh chopped coriander:                                       1/2 cup
Fresh chopped mint leaves:                                   1/2 cup
Green chilies(chopped):                                         6 small
Ginger (finely sliced):                                               2 tbsp
Lemon:                                                                       2

Method:

Take a pan adds oil and heat it. Fry onions turn over golden brown. Take out with slotted spoon and spread on kitchen paper to drain excess oil. When it is cool and crunchy, crush with hands and keep place aside.
In a large pan put 6 cups of water and boil wheat smoothly for almost 30 minutes or more until very soft. Place aside from flame.
Boil yellow lentils and grind it. Take another pan put ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, bay leaves, cardamom stick, whole spice, black pepper powder and 1/2 cup of water and sauté for two minutes.
Now put bone less chicken pieces and grinded yellow lentils.
Now put the boiled wheat and mix well, put oil. Taste the salt and put more if necessary.
Let it boil for minimum 25-30 minutes and keep moving between. Cook until mixture becomes thick.
Remove from heat and dress up by fresh chopped coriander, chopped green chilies, fresh chopped mint leaves, sliced ginger, and fried onions.
Delicious Chicken haleem serve with lemon and naan or boiled rice.

Cold Coffee

Cold coffee is popular all over the world. Serve this cold coffee with ice cream with the choice of moreover vanilla ice-cream or chocolate ice-cream. You can even shake the any of the ice-creams in the coffee. You can also serve with crushed chocolate on top of the coffee.

Cold Coffee:

Ingredients:
Milk:                                        200g
Ground Sugar:                          3tsp
Cream:                                    2 tsp
Instant Coffee:                          1 tsp
Ice cream (any flavor):              1 Scoop
Ice cubes:                               to taste

Method:

Put ice, sugar, milk, coffee and ice cream in a blender and blend for 2 minutes.
Take a glass and put mixture in it. Now add ice cubes and ice cream scoop on top.
Serve Fresh Cold Coffee.

PIZZA CONE RECIPE-easy recipe

I was getting board to seeing a regular pizzas but I love to eat pizza … so I thought about it and did a lot of search to find out pizza in another shape. Finally I got pizza cone recipe which was quiet lovely, it was just lovely experience to prepare Pizza In cone!!! Isn’t it!!! I had just great time when I took it on my hand and I was going to eat but, but then I thought about my friends and followers. So, I moved to post its recipe first..
I taste it. Its   Lovely … try it and tell me how you found it

PIZZA CONE



Pizza cone recipe:

  1. Eggs:                                                 3
  2. Granulated sugar:                               150 g      (3/4 cup)
  3. Butter (melted):                                  125 ml    (1/2 cup)
  4. Vanilla:                                              10 ml      (2 tsp)
  5. Flour:                                                150 g      (1 cup)
  6. Baking powder:                                  10 ml      (2 tsp)

Method of Cone:

Thrash the eggs and slowly thrash in the sugar until the combination is smooth.
Blend in the melted butter and vanilla.
Join the flour and baking powder, and then add it to the combination. Mix together it in well.
Drop about 20 ml of the batter into a heated pizelle iron, and cook both sides over medium-high heat for about 1 minute each, or until golden brown.
(Cooking time will vary depending on your stove, iron, batter etc.)
Remove the extra part from the pizelle iron and immediately shape it into a cone while it is still flexible.

Pizza Sauce:

  1. Garlic:                       1 clove
  2. Oregano:                    ¼ tsp
  3. Oil:                            3 tsp
  4. Tomatoes:                  5
  5. Onion:                       1 medium
  6. Red crushed chili:       ½ tsp
  7. Salt:                           as taste
  8. Tomato ketchup:         2 tbsp
Method:

In a frying pan, put oil and heat it up and add chopped onion and garlic and fry until soft, then put chopped tomatoes,crushed red  chili, salt , tomato ketchup and oregano and mix well and cook till tomato mix well and become in tomato sauce form, if you need water, put a 2 table spoon of water and cook until done, when done apply on pizza base.

For Pizza cone's topping:


  1. Chicken:                         ½ kg
  2. Oil:                                 2 tbsp
  3. Garlic:                            1 clove
  4. Lemon juice:                    2 tbsp
  5. Salt:                               as taste
  6. Mushrooms(optional):       as you like
  7. Red chilli powder:             2 tsp
  8. Mozzarella cheese:           as you need
  9. Oregano:                        ¼ tsp
  10. Pizza sauce:                   as you need
  11. Onion:                             1
  12. Capsicum:                       1
  13. Red chilli(crushed):          ½ tsp

Method:

IN a frying pan, put oil and heat it up, then add chicken and garlic and fry till chicken becomes in white colour, then put lemon juice and salt and mix well, when water is dry, put mushrooms and fry for 1 min and take it off the cooker, allow it cool, then add cheese, red chili powder and oregano and mix well.
On a floured surface, make a lyre of dough and place on a greased sheet pan. Shape to fill the sheet pan, spread pizza sauce over pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella, chicken, onions, capsicum, cheese, and red crushed chili on upper of pizza. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese bubbles in preheated oven 240C, 490F, and Gas mark 9.


Final Directions:
Take a cone make a lyre of souse around the walls and leave it for 2 minutes. Now add topping in cone and Serve PIZZA CONE hot with coke.

Who will say  he/she do not like fruit trifle ??? I think 1 person out of 100 will have this opinion because he/she might have allergy of fruits :) well i cant praise it more because it is fantastic, yummy, great flavored and and many more..... every one knows its just yummy like it looks...

Fruit Trifle Recipe

Ingredients
:

Trifle sponges
:                                                1 pack
Fruit cocktail, drained
:                                     1 (410g) tin
Fruit flavored jelly:                                           1 sachet
Custard powder:                                              2 tablespoons
Caster sugar:                                                  2 dessertspoons
Semi skimmed milk:                                        100ml (4 fl oz)

Method:

Take a glass serving bowl and put the sponge in it, cut it to fit if needed, and cover with the tinned fruit. Prepare jelly by following package directives and pour over fruit and sponge. Allow it cool.
Wait to get set jelly. Mix custard powder and sugar in a small pan over normal flame. Stir in milk and cook until thick and creamy. Allow to cool a little and then transfer over sponge and jelly combination. Chill until set.

Serve Fruit Trifle chill.

Chicken Manchurian-easy recipe


Chicken Manchurian is very popular dish around the world. usallay people like it to eat with Chines rice and it gives best taste. Chicken Manchurian is very easy to prepare. i tried to bring easiest and yummiest recipe of Chicken Manchurian. This dish is suitable for main course. It also can eat for healthy break fast, lunch and dinner. I hope after trying it you will must desire to east it again :) 
Chicken Manchurian
Ingredients Of Chicken Manchurian:

chicken (boneless):                                       300 gm
garlic cloves (chopped):                                 4
egg( beaten):                                                1
tomato ketchup:                                            4 tbsp
chili garlic sauce:                                          3tbsp
spring onion(chopped):                                  1only green part
lemon:                                                         half
Salt(chines if have):                                       to taste
Black pepper:                                               to taste
corn flour:                                                     2 tbsp
oil:                                                               for fry

Method Of Chicken Manchurian:

Take a large bowl and put chicken, 2 chopped garlic, black pepper, salt, half egg, 1tbsp oil.  Combine well and deep fry it.
Add 2 cloves of chopped garlic and fry it in heated oil. Put green onion and sauces in it. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
Now put fried chicken, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, salt, black and white pepper and mix it. Now add 1 cup water and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Liquefy corn flour in ½ cup water and put it in Manchurian gravy. Stir it and cook till it thickens.
Pour some drops of lemon juice before serving. Serve it with chines rice.

SPAGHETTI PASTA SALAD


Spaghetti pasta salad 

How to make Spaghetti pasta salad ? make easy Spaghetti pasta salad by following these easy steps. it takes almost only 10 to 15 minutes. Capsicum is great vegetable to add in pasta recipes, it gives yummy taste and takes miner time to cook. 

Ingredients:
Spaghetti:                                          448 g
Tomato (chopped):                              1 large
Capsicum (chopped):                          1 large
Onion (chopped):                                1
Salad seasoning mix:                          15 g
Sesame seeds (till):                            20 g
Italian-style salad dressing:                  448 g

Method:

In a large cooking pan add 1 tea spoon salt and water to boil spaghetti. Put pasta in it and cook for 7 to 11 minutes or until pasta softens. Drain it with cool water.
Gently mix in a large pot, tomato, sesame seeds, capsicum, onion, salad seasoning, and Italian dressing.
Serve Spaghetti pasta salad- Italian style after chilling.

SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN

have you ever tried Spaghetti with Chicken in your home ? if your answer is in "NO" !!! i will must say you are missing something which is very easy to cook and very tasty. i just love it. when ever i feel hungry i made it quickly, each and every time it gives me yummy taste... i am posting it for you and going to make it because i am so hungry....

Spaghetti with Chicken
Ingredients:

Chicken (boneless):                              1 kg
Onion:                                                 1 small
Capsicum:                                           2 Julian cutting
Capsicum (yellow or Green):                 2 Julian cutting
Spaghetti:                                           350g uncooked
Olive oil:                                              2 tsp
Green chili (mashed):                           2 table spoon
Breadcrumbs white (fresh):                   1/2 cup
Tomatoes (chopped):                            4 large
Basil leaves, torn:                                1/4 cup
Ricotta cheese (Low-fat):                      1/4 cup

Method:

Boil spaghetti in a cook pan. Add 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon cooking oil till spaghetti softens. Drain spaghetti in pasta drainer and wash it with cool water.
Add oil in frying pan on normal flame and put breadcrumbs and cook, stirring, three minutes or until brown and crisp. Turn off flame.
Fry onion in a large saucepan till golden. Add olive oil and chicken. Cook it for 10 minutes. Add capsicum, tomato, ricotta, basil, salt & pepper. Turn over low flame for 6-8 minutes. Now put boiled spaghetti and green chili in it and mix it gently. Cook it on low flame for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Serve spaghetti hot and garnish with green coriander and slashes of tomato.

Crispy Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken:                      1 kg
Egg:                            1
Red Chili:                     1 1/2 table spoon
Turmeric:                      1 tea Spoon
Salt:                            11/2 tea spoon
Con Flour:                    1 cup
Water:                         1 cup
Ginger Paste:               1 table Spoon

Method:

Add all ingredients in chicken for 15 minutes except of ginger paste
After 15 minutes add ginger paste and  fry all pieces gradually on  low flame.

Crispy Chicken is ready.

Chicken Soup Recipe

Chicken Soup


Ingredients:

stewing chicken:                                 1 (4 to 5 pound)
water:                                                3 1/2 quarts
salt:                                                   1 Tablespoon
celery:                                                3 stalks
parsley root:                                       1
onions:                                               2
sprigs dill:                                          3
sprigs parsley:                                    3

Method:

1. Clean chicken thoroughly. Combine in a deep saucepan with the water and onions.
2. Bring to a boil and cook over medium heat for 1 1/2 hours. Add remaining ingredients.
3. Cover and cook over low heat 1 hour longer, or until chicken is tender.
4. Remove chicken and strain soup. Makes about 2 to 2 1/2 quarts soup.
