Chicken Jalfraizi

Ingredients:
Chicken (Boneless):                                                    1 Kg
Onions (chopped):                                                       4 medium size
Tomatoes (chopped):                                                   4
Onions (thick slices):                                                   2
Tomatoes (broad slices):                                              2
Capsicum
(Julian cutting):                                             1
Garlic paste:                                                                1 tsp
Ginger paste:                                                               1 tsp
Whole spice (cumin seeds):                                         ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder:                                                          ¼ tsp
Coriander powder:                                                        ½ tsp
Salt:                                                                           to taste
Oil:                                                                             3-4 tbs
Method:
At first fry the chopped onions in hot oil till its color gets transparent and put, coriander seeds, ginger, chopped tomatoes, Garlic and turmeric. Cover the pot till the tomatoes are soft.

Then add chicken and cook it for 10 minutes till the chicken is slightly tender, after this adds salt according to taste.
Take a separate fry pan and add few tea spoons of oil from the cooked chicken. Then heat this oil and put the Capsicum, sliced onion, sliced tomatoes and whole spice powder and fry it till the vegetables are lightly soft. In this fry pan mix fried chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve this with rice.

Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients:

Asparagus (medium sized):                             1 bunch
Extra virgin olive oil:                                        2 Tbsp
Parmesan cheese (freshly grated):                  2 Tbsp
Lemon zest (freshly grated lemon rind):           1 tsp
Salt:                                                             to taste
Black pepper (freshly ground):                        to taste

Method:

Arranges asparagus by wash them carefully, remove the tough, white bottoms and discard.
Prepare 1 to 2 inches slices of the asparagus.
Put half water in medium sized pan and boil it. Now add asparagus and simmer them gently while turning low the flame.
Parboil asparagus just two minutes. Drain out hot water.
Take a bowl and convert asparagus in it while adding olive oil, lemon rind and Parmesan mix them very gently. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Serve asparagus hot.

Salmon Recipe is very easy and tasty dish it can be eat with boiled rice or chines rice  or naan. Its looks very tasty and delicious with black sesame seeds. Lime juice gives it the mouth watering taste. When ever i eat salmon I found my self in world of taste, Try it and give me feedback....

Ingredients:

Cilantro leaves (dhania):                            1/4 cup packed
Scallions:                                                      2 
Vegetable oil:                                              2 teaspoons 
Grated ginger:                                             1 teaspoon
Kosher salt(rock salt):                                  to taste
Pepper (freshly ground):                              to taste
Wild salmon fillets (4 center cut skin-on): almost 6 ounces all
Lime juice (Fresh):                                       2 teaspoons
Low-sodium soy sauce:                              2 teaspoons
Honey:                                                           2 teaspoons
Sesame seeds (Black):                              1/4 teaspoon
Edamame (Cooked):                                 1 1/3 cups
(Fresh green soybeans, typically prepared by boiling in salted water.)
Lime wedges:                                               optional for garnish

Method:

Preheat the grill on medium_ high flame. Chop cilantro and green onion’s bulb and mix well in oil & ginger. Give flavor with salt and pepper. Oil the grill grate.

Cut 2, 3-inch long slices from skin length-wise on the underside of the salmon bone, going almost halfway in salmon. Lightly stuff the slits with the herb mixture. Give flavor with salt and pepper.
Mix together the lime juice, honey and soy until leveled. Put the salmon, skin surface up on the grill and cook until clearly indicated for three to four minutes. Turn out the salmon and carry on cooking, season the tops with the sauce, until the fish is cooked, almost another three to four minutes. Move to a serving plate and do spray the tops with black sesame seeds. Serve with edamame and lime wedges.

Broiler Method:

Place baking sheet and position the oven rack so that the baking sheet set on the rack is about 4-inches below the heat resource. Preheat the broiler. Make the salmon as above and put the fillets, skin down, on a foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. 
Broil, roll out three to four times applying sauce, until just cooked, about six to 7seven minutes.
Salmon Is ready to eat garnish it with lime wedges.
